Do I need a plan to use ArcPanel in production?
No. ArcPanel is free software under the GPL. Use it on as many servers as you like, for any purpose, with or without a plan.
Do paying customers get a different version?
Never. Every user runs the same public release. A fix made for a customer ships to everyone.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Monthly plans end with the current month; yearly plans can move up a tier at any time and we credit the difference.
How do you get into my server?
Only when you allow it, through a temporary SSH key or a screen-share session. You revoke access when the ticket closes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer and invoice. Businesses in Vietnam can pay in VND with a VAT invoice.
