The hosting stack

Everything a web server needs, wired together.

ArcPanel installs and configures the services, keeps their settings in sync and gives you one place to run them.

Web and PHP

NGINX alone or in front of Apache2, PHP-FPM 5.6 to 8.5 per domain, and a template catalog for WordPress, Laravel, Next.js, Django, Rails and more.

DNS and SSL

BIND with DNSSEC and clustering. Let's Encrypt certificates, wildcards included, renewed for you.

Mail

Exim and Dovecot with DKIM, ClamAV, SpamAssassin and Sieve. Roundcube or SnappyMail webmail.

Databases

MariaDB or MySQL 8 and PostgreSQL, with phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin a click away.

Backups and migration

Scheduled and incremental backups with restic, a snapshot browser, and imports from cPanel and DirectAdmin.

Security

iptables, Fail2Ban and ipset out of the box, two-factor login, and every user's files touched only as that user.

CLI and REST API

More than 500 v-* commands and a REST API with access keys. Everything the panel does, a script can do.

Files and terminal

A new file manager with resumable uploads and a code editor, jailed SFTP, and a web terminal.

What ArcPanel adds

Built for the modern hosting stack.

  1. 1
A new web interface. Every page rebuilt, with a command palette, notifications and light and dark themes.
  2. 2
Node.js apps. Node versions per user, pnpm and yarn, apps kept running by pm2.
  3. 3
Docker app store. Uptime Kuma, n8n, Gitea, Vaultwarden and more, with updates that roll back on failure.
  4. 4
Resellers. A customers page, packages, quotas and login-as for hosting businesses.
  5. 5
Port registry. Ports allocated per user and per app, with public ports and firewall in step.
